Lovelesh Tiwari was born on September 2, 2000, in Banda district, Uttar Pradesh, India. He dropped out of college while pursuing Bachelor of Arts. Lovelesh Tiwari's father is a farmer, and his mother is a housewife. He is the third among four brothers.
Lovelesh was one of three individuals who participated in the murder of gangster brothers Atiq Ahmed and Ashraf Ahmed, who were previously associated with the mafia. The other two killers were identified as Sunny, who hailed from Hamirpur district, and Arun Maurya, also known as Kalia, from village Baghela Pukhta in Soron Kotwali police station in Kasganj.
The trio posed as journalists and shot the brothers from close range while they were addressing the media on their way to the MLN Medical College for a medical check-up. After ensuring that both brothers were dead, they dropped their weapons and chanted Jai Sri Ram slogans while lying down on the ground.
During interrogation, they confessed to wanting to become famous and notorious mafias by killing the brothers. Lovelesh was also hit by a bullet fired by one of the attackers during the shooting. A case was filed against him and the other two killers under IPC sections 302 (punishment for murder) and 307 (attempt to murder). Lovelesh received treatment at Swaroop Rani Nehru Hospital in Prayagraj.
